Marilyn Manson will no longer appear on the Starz series “American Gods” or Shudder’s “Creepshow” after numerous allegations of abuse were made against him…

Shock-rocker Marilyn Manson — real name Brian Warner — will no longer appear on the Starz series “American Gods” and his featured role in an upcoming episode of the Shudder anthology series “Creepshow” has been pulled from the streaming service.

Manson’s removal from these projects comes just days after numerous allegations of abuse were made against the musician and actor by several women including “Westworld” star Evan Rachel Wood.

Wood began dating Manson when she was 19 years old and she was actually engaged to him for a time before the couple eventually broke up.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood wrote on Instagram. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.
“I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many individuals that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

Following Wood’s statement, several other women who have allegedly suffered similar experiences with Manson also came forward with damning confessions about time spent with the controversial rock star.

Just after Wood’s statement was made public, Manson was dropped from his record label where he just recently released a new album titled “We Are Chaos.”

While he’s best known for his music career, Manson has crossed over for numerous acting roles over the years including a prominent part during the final season of “Sons of Anarchy” where he played a white supremacist shot caller in prison.

Now Manson has been dropped from his role on “American Gods” where he had a recurring role as a character named Johan Wengren. He was originally slated to appear in an upcoming episode of the Starz series based on the book by author Neil Gaiman but according to reports, the network will not air anything featuring Manson until additional edits have been made to remove his scenes.

“Starz stands unequivocally with all victims and survivors of abuse,” the network said in a statement. “Due to the allegations made against Marilyn Manson, we have decided to remove his performance from the remaining episode he is in, scheduled to air later this season.”

In addition to Starz cutting ties with Manson, the Shudder anthology series “Creepshow” has also shelved an episode that was set to feature him prominently in the upcoming second season. The episode that was set to feature Manson has been pulled and will not air during season 2.

For his part, Manson denied the allegations made against him after Wood and at least four other women claimed abuse at his hands.

“Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality,” Manson said. “My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misinterpret the past, that is the truth.”
