There’s a new boss headed to Supergirl and he’s being played by Ian Gomez….
Ian Gomez — best known for his role on the TBS series Cougar Town — has been cast as Snapper Carr in season 2 of Supergirl.
Snapper Carr is the new boss in charge of CatCo. Magazine after being assigned the position by Cat Grant and he’s a no nonsense, hard hitting journalist, who pushes his employees to dig deeper and fight harder to get the story and get it right.
Among his new duties is overseeing a lot of the CatCo. staff and that includes Kara Danvers aka Supergirl.
Gomez is the latest addition to the growing cast for Supergirl season 2 — which will air on the CW starting this fall — with Lynda Carter already on board to play the President of the United States as well as Tyler Hoechlin, who will play the role of Superman in the new season.
Supergirl season 2 debuts this fall on the CW.
