The CW has released the first glimpse into what Grant Gustin will look like as The Flash in his new stand alone TV series…
The Flash is the next DC Comics project landing at the CW following the success of Arrow, and now actor Grant Gustin, who was first featured as Barry Allen on the show, will now take over the role of the scarlet speedster with his own series.
The first image released of Gustin as the Flash appears to be staying pretty faithful to the source material. The reds on the costume are a little darker and there are no elongated wings for his ears, but both of those are excusable changes of course.
Outside of that, Gustin looks pretty spot on to the original incarnation of Barry Allen as the Flash.
