‘The Returned’ has been casting like crazy over the last 24 hours with a few new confirmations for the show happening on Friday...
A&E’s remake of the popular French horror/drama series ‘The Returned’ continues the casting process with the latest additions being added on Friday including highly sought after actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Winstead will play Rowan, the girlfriend of late rock star Simon (played by Mat Vairo) who is shocked to see the love of her life return from the dead after being gone for 10 years.
In addition to Winstead, Sandrine Holt (House of Cards) has been added to the cast as Julie, a doctor in town, while Agnes Bruckner (24) will portray the deputy to the sheriff in town played by Kevin Alejandro.
‘The Returned’ has already been picked up for a 10-episode run and will air on A&E from executive producer Carlton Cuse.
