In the latest Arrow recap, Sara’s back, but will she ever be the same, and will Oliver actually run for mayor?

Tonight’s episode was all about redemption. Can Sara shake her new wolf like persona? Can Lance redeem himself after working with Darhk for so long? Can the possible Mayor Queen save this city?
The intro opens with a bunch of guys putting together a pack of drugs. The swat team busts in, latterly shooting up the place, and they take the drugs/money, but only after shooting two detectives. Oliver heads to see Captain Lance, and after he lets him know about his running for mayor, Lance wasn’t keen on the idea, he asks if he can help. Lance hands him a sim card and tells him to get to work.
So Oliver bought, with Palmer’s money, Blood’s old office and with Cisco and STAR labs help he now has a swanky new Arrow cave, that keeps fritzing out…Come on Cisco, all this high tech gear, and you can’t keep the power on.
While in the new Arrow cave Felicity gets a bead on where the chip has been, pinpointing where they must be. Team Arrow check the place out and find that it’s actually a bunch of cops, the former vigilante task force that is doing the crime. Oliver has Thea “grab” some drugs from her former dealer in order to set up the baddies. It works, but the tech the task force has makes it easy for them to get away.
Because she doesn’t want to lie to daddy ever again, Laurel brings him down to her basement. Where she has Sara locked up. Lance is beside himself, but he knows that it isn’t really her. Laurel tries to ease him into believing she will eventually get better. Reluctantly Lance goes to the only man he knows that may be able to help. Darhk does have a way out, by putting a bullet in her head. He explains that it isn’t, nor will it ever be Sara again.
Lance gets home to see Oliver waiting for him. Oliver tells Lance that he saw him with Darhk, and the two have a long overdue feels/argument moment. This moment of the show was very powerful. Oliver wants to prove himself to be a good man, but the man he wants to emulate isn’t as good as once thought.
In all his distraughtness Lance heads back down to the basement and pulls his gun on Sara, who is oblivious. He is hysterical at this point and it takes Laurel’s intervention to stop him. The two have a moment and Lance leaves. Only to be kidnapped by the task force. Laurel tries to help but gets a taser for her efforts.
She goes to the team for help, and they pinpoint where the task force took Lance. The team arrives just in time, and this time they were ready for the task force tech, and they subdue the baddies. All except Oliver, he gets caught up by the ring leader and it takes, a powerful speech, from Lance to talk her down.
That speech really speaks to Oliver and he moves ahead with his plan to run for mayor. He himself gives a great speech that Thea wrote up for him.
Side story: Curtis keeps trying to get Felicity to put in a password, that only she knows, in order to hear Ray’s last transmission, before he died. In the end she finally does, and I bet there is some message waiting to be heard.
Flashback story: Oliver takes the woman to his cave house, and tells her how to survive. He then explains to her that he may have to do something drastic in order to prove that she is dead. Once back at the base, the men are skeptic, but Oliver shows them the “dead body” and he is satisfied, until he finds Oliver’s pack hidden in the bushes!
