Bates Motel is only a few episodes into season 2, but based on the performance so far A&E is already re-upping the young Norman Bates series for another year….
‘Bates Motel’ season one was an up and down ride at times, not the most consistent show that’s ever been on TV. Thankfully, season two has been a much better effort with a more cohesive and compelling story.
The show is doing so well in reception and ratings that A&E has decided to re-up the series for a third season as announced on Monday. ‘Bates Motel’ continues to be one of A&E’s most popular shows, and the powers that be at the network plan on seeing Norman Bates all the way from adolescent hijinks to psychopathic crossdresser if they have anything to say about it!
‘Bates Motel’ airs Monday nights at 10pm ET/PT on A&E.
