It seems fitting that Maggie Siff, who played Tara Knowles-Teller for six seasons on Sons of Anarchy landed her first major TV role since leaving the show the same week as the series finale….
‘Sons of Anarchy’ favorite Maggie Siff has kept a fairly low profile since exiting the hit FX drama a year ago when her character, Tara Knowles-Teller was killed.
Now Siff is ready to get back into the television machine with a new part on an upcoming Showtime series.
Siff stars in ‘Billions’ — a series currently picked up for pilot at Showtime starring Paul Giamatti and former Homeland star Damien Lewis. The show is based around an ambitious hedge fund king played by Lewis and the dogged pursuit of a U.S. Attorney played by Giamatti.
Siff is set to play Wendy Rhoades, the wife of Giamatti’s character in the show.
‘Billions’ will begin production in early 2015.
