Veteran actor/director Timothy Busfield, best known for parts in ‘The West Wing’ and ‘Revenge of the Nerds’ has been cast in a new role for season 2 of Sleepy Hollow….
The freshman hit ‘Sleepy Hollow’ will return this fall and the time spanning adventure story will once again reach back to the days of independence as another famous face will pop up in the new season.
Timothy Busfield — best known for roles in series such as ‘The West Wing as well as his turn as Arnold Poindexter in ‘Revenge of the Nerds’ — will play Benjamin Franklin in the new season of ‘Sleepy Hollow’.
According to EW, Busfield will be a recurring player in season 2 of the show when it returns later this year. There’s no word yet on how many episodes he will appear in or what his role will be in relation to Ichabod Crane from the past.
‘Sleepy Hollow’ returns on FOX this fall.
