Stephen King’s time-travel adventure ’11/22/63′ starring James Franco has added a slew of new cast members for the nine episode event airing on Hulu….
’11/22/63′ from writer Stephen King will arrive on Hulu later this year with James Franco starring as a time-traveling teacher who aims to stop the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The nine-episode event series is set to air on Hulu with director Kevin MacDonald (State of Play) on board to helm the first two episodes of the show. On Tuesday, much of the remainder of the cast, who will star alongside Franco, was announced including veteran actor Chris Cooper as well as “24” star Cherry Jones joining the series. The new cast members and their parts listed below:
Chris Cooper as the owner of Al’s diner and a mentor and friend to Franco’s character Jake Epping Sarah Gadon as the librarian who falls in love with Franco’s character Cherry Jones as Lee Harvey Oswald’s mother Daniel Webber as Lee Harvey Oswald George MacKay as a bartender who becomes Jake’s ally Lucy Fry as Lee Harvey Oswald’s Russian wife Leon Rippy as a janitor at Epping’s school.
