In celebration of the great Jack Kirby, who would have turned 100 on Monday, Evangeline Lilly revealed the first look at her in character as The Wasp from the upcoming film ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’.
The Wasp — better known as Hope Van Dyne, the daughter of Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne — was a character co-created by Kirby and now she will officially come to life in the upcoming ‘Ant-Man’ sequel due out on July 6, 2018.

Lilly already debuted as Hope Van Dyne in the original ‘Ant-Man’ film but now she will take up headlining status while getting a super suit of her own in the sequel.
‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ is currently filming with Michelle Pfeiffer already cast as Hope’s mother and the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne.
