The Batman prequel will also get two additional episodes — 12 episodes total — for the final season that is expected to continue the ‘No Man’s Land’ adaptation from the comics.
That story focused on Gotham City being hit with a massive earthquake and the government declaring the area as a ‘no man’s land’ where all bridges were destroyed and every entrance or exit to the city was blocked.
The final season of ‘Gotham’ will also see Shane West make his debut as the infamous character Bane, although what role he’ll play is unknown at this time.
These last 12 episodes are expected to show the transformation of Bruce Wayne into Batman before the series comes to an end.
Keep an eye on the first trailer surely coming soon with the final season of ‘Gotham’ now debuting in January.
