The first full “Succession” trailer for the fourth and final season has arrived as the Roy family goes to war with everything at stake…
Now that it’s been revealed that “Succession” will come to an end with the upcoming fourth and final season, a full length trailer has been unleashed and it looks like all bets are off in this war within the Roy family.
“Succession” season 4 will debut on HBO on Sunday night, March 26.
When “Succession” season 3 ended, Logan Roy once again got the upper hand on his children after he orchestrated a sale of Waystar-Royco to tech developer Lukas Matsson with help from his son-in-law Tom, who opted to side with Logan rather than his wife and her brothers. That tactic will build a wall between Tom and Shiv in the final season but more importantly the Roy children are gearing up for battle and calling for reinforcements in an effort to stop Logan from selling the company out from under them.
That means just about every major player who has appeared on “Succession” in previous seasons will be returning for these last episodes.
It also looks like there’s more at stake than just the future of Waystar Royco with another election hanging in the balance — and even Connor Roy is still clinging onto his 1 percent of the vote.

“The sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson moves ever closer. The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete. A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed.”
