Alice Eve is the latest addition to ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 headed to Netflix…
Alice Eve — best known for her roles in ‘She’s Out of My League’ and ‘Star Trek: Into Darkness’ — has been cast in a mystery role for ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 on Netflix.
Not much is known about Eve’s character but Marvel head of television Jeph Loeb teased her appearance on ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 in a release sent out about her casting.
“Her exceptional talent brings an intrigue and danger to her character unlike anyone else.” Loeb said.
Finn Jones (Danny Rand), Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing), Tom Pelphrey (Ward Meachum), Jessica Stroup (Joy Meachum), and Sacha Dhawan (Davos) are all expected to return for ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 with a new show runner Raven Metzner (Sleepy Hollow) taking over.
Here’s the description for ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 from Netflix:
“Danny Rand, The Immortal Iron Fist and Colleen Wing set off on a new adventure as the protectors of Chinatown in NYC – where death, action and surprises await them around every corner.”
There’s no word yet on when ‘Iron Fist’ season 2 will debut but production on the series is expected to start early next year.
