The next installment of ‘American Horror Story’ as well as the new season of ‘Mayans M.C.’ finally have release dates for the fall on FX…
FX may be under new ownership at Disney but the cable network is still churning out plenty of old favorites including the newest installment of ‘American Horror Story’ and the second season of the ‘Sons of Anarchy’ spinoff series ‘Mayans M.C.’.
First up is ‘Mayans M.C.’ from ‘Sons of Anarchy’ creator Kurt Sutter, which focuses on a charter of the Mayans Motorcycle Club near the California and Mexico border. Last season saw a new prospect named EZ Reyes try to learn the outlaw life after being released from prison while holding onto a bombshell of a secret that could destroy his family and his club.
‘Mayans M.C.’ season 2 will debut on Tuesday night, September 3 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
Meanwhile, Ryan Murphy’s horror anthology ‘American Horror Story’ will return on Wednesday night, September 18 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
The new season titled ‘American Horror Story: 1984’ is based around the slasher genre that was huge in that era with films such as ‘Friday the 13th’ and ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’. As usual, not much is known about the newest installment of the series but Emma Roberts is making her return as a full time cast member this season to lead the show with the rest of the cast still to be announced in the future.
We do know that Evan Peters will not return for ‘American Horror Story: 1984’, which is the first installment of the series where he has not made an appearance.
