It looks like the gang is really getting back together for ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ with creator Ryan Murphy announcing several returning cast members for season 8…
‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ will serve as the massive crossover season between season one known affectionately as ‘Murder House’ and season three known as ‘Coven’.
While several stars from both seasons of the show have already been confirmed to return, ‘American Horror Story’ creator Ryan Murphy revealed on Tuesday that a huge part of the cast from ‘Coven’ is slated to appear in the upcoming season.
In addition to Sarah Paulson and Emma Roberts, who have previously been confirmed to return, ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ will also welcome back Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and even Stevie Nicks.

Interesting enough, Farmiga played a major role in both season one and season three while Nicks will make her return to ‘American Horror Story’ after dropping by for a special appearance in ‘Coven’, which also featured quite a bit of her music as well.
Jessica Lange has also been confirmed to return for at least one episode of the newest installment of ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ as this appears to be the most ambitious season of the show yet.
‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ debuts on FX on Wednesday night, September 12 at 10 p.m. ET.
