The first trailer for ‘Aquaman’ has arrived with the plot details for the movie finally being revealed…
‘Aquaman’ is an origin story.
That’s what was revealed regarding the plot for the upcoming movie starring Jason Momoa at San Diego Comic Con on Saturday.
Not much has been known about the latest offering from the DC Extended Universe outside of James Wan directing the project along with a star studded cast that includes Nicole Kidman, Amber Herd and Patrick Wilson.
At the panel while releasing the first full length trailer, the major plot for ‘Aquaman’ was revealed as the movie will tell Arthur Curry’s origin story as he discovers that he was destined to become the King of Atlantis.
Additional footage from ‘Aquaman’ was also shown to the crowd inside Hall H at Comic Con with a final shot that included Momoa rocking the classic orange and green Aquaman outfit from the comics.
