Better Call Saul is finally back.
After months of anticipation, the Breaking Bad prequel series is set to return with Better Call Saul season 4 debuting on August 6 at 9pm on AMC.
Better Call Saul has bounced around with debut dates over the course of its four season run and now the show is set to return in late summer for the latest installment.
In addition to the debut date being revealed, a storyline was also released via EW with the first details of the season unveiled including confirmation that Jimmy’s older brother Chuck did perish in the fire he started during the season three finale.
“In the wake of Chuck’s death, Jimmy slips deeper into the world of crime, and it could jeopardize his relationship with Kim (Rhea Seehorn), who finds herself at odds again with Howard (Patrick Fabian) in a legal battle that arises from the brothers’ war. Mike (Jonathan Banks) will become further ensconced in Madrigal, while the collapse of Hector (Mark Margolis) impacts the cartel as well as plans plotted by Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) and Nacho (Michael Mando).”
The upcoming season of Better Call Saul will see Jimmy begin his true transformation into the sleazy strip mall attorney named Saul Goodman, who was first introduced in Breaking Bad season 2.
