Netflix has a tendency of cancelling shows that seemed destined for additional seasons and “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” seems to be the latest victim.
The “Riverdale” spinoff was renewed for seasons 3 and 4 but then it was announced earlier this year that the fourth installment would become the final set of episodes for the series. Now the first look at the final season of “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” has arrived with the show set to drop on Dec. 31 on Netflix.
The final eight episodes will pit Sabrina, her friends and family up against Eldtritch Terrors — an unspeakable set of horrors unleashed by Faustus Blackwood as the coven will have to battle each threat that comes along “from the Weird to the Darkness, and eventually… the Void.”
