The final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ is less than one month away with the debut on Sunday night, April 14 on HBO.

Almost immediately after production wrapped on the six episodes last year, speculation began on the length of each episode leading into the finale. Now HBO has confirmed the run time for all six episodes including several going over one hour in length.

Here’s a look at the run times and debut dates for all six episodes in the final season of ‘Game of Thrones’

Season 8, episode 1
Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 14 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 0:54

Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 21 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 0:58
Season 8, episode 3
Debut date: SUNDAY, APRIL 28 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1:22
Season 8, episode 4

Estimated running time: 1:20
Season 8, episode 6
Debut date: SUNDAY, MAY 19 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1:20

So it turns out that episode 3 during the final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ actually clocks in as the longest of the longest of the entire series at one hour and 22 minutes.

All of the final four episodes go over the one hour mark with the finale scheduled at exactly 80 minutes with the episode debuting on Sunday night, May 19 on HBO.

As of now, HBO still hasn’t confirmed the titles of the six episodes making up the final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ but some of those details are expected in the next couple of weeks as the network prepares for the end of the most popular show to ever air on the cable outlet.

Stay tuned for plenty of ‘Game of Thrones’ coverage leading into the final season including our extensive preview that will get you ready for everything that’s about to unfold in these last six episodes.
