Kiernan Shipka paid tribute to her late co-star Chance Perdomo after starring together for four seasons on the Netflix series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” following his tragic death.
Perdomo, 27, died as a result of a motorcycle accident.
In the “Riverdale” adjacent series, Shipka played teen witch Sabrina Spellman with Perdomo portraying her protective partner in crime and cousin, Ambrose Spellman.
In a touching tribute, Shipka shared several photos of Perdomo after working together for several years in the hit series.
“Oh man this hurts,” Shipka wrote. “He was a one of a kind soul. Just the most fiery, creative, loving, connected, and caring force you could possibly imagine…As playful as he was kind. As loving as he was hilarious. He never failed to make me laugh and he never failed to keep me on my toes (or off of them if he was giving me a piggyback ride to my trailer which he often did. Thanks Chance.
“His humanity was a generous gift to me and to so many people. Really hard to picture this world without him in it. I loved him with my whole heart. I always will.”
Following the end of “Sabrina,” Perdomo scored a starring role on “The Boys” spinoff series “Gen V” where he played Andre Anderson.
Perdomo was the only person involved in the tragic accident that took his life. He was reportedly traveling by motorcycle through upstate New York when the crash occurred.
“Gen V” season 2 was scheduled to start production soon but the series has been put on hold for now following the news of Perdomo’s tragic death.
