Kim Kardashian and series favorite Emma Roberts are set to kill in the upcoming 12th season of “American Horror Story” titled “Delicate”…
The next installment of “American Horror Story” has found a couple of stars to lead the way.
Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts have been announced for lead roles in the upcoming “American Horror Story” season 12, which will be titled “AHS: Delicate” with the series set to debut on FX this summer.
It was a surprising announcement considering Kardashian is mostly known for her various reality shows with sporadic acting gigs over the years including appearances in series such as “Drop Dead Diva” and “CSI: New York” but usually only popping up as characterizations of herself in shows.
Now she’ll take on a lead role in the series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk that continues to constantly draw attention for FX with the show moving into its 12th season on the network.
Joining Kardashian for this wild ride will be Roberts, who has made regular appearances on “American Horror Story” since she landed a starring role in the third season called “Coven.” Roberts had appeared in five total seasons of the series and she also starred in two seasons of “Scream Queens” on FOX, which was also created and produced by Murphy.
Now Roberts will star alongside Kardashian in the upcoming season, which remains shrouded in secrecy, with no real clue about the plot or theme for this latest anthology from “American Horror Story.”
Murphy is well known for dropping teasers as the season draws near so keep an eye out for that along with additional casting announcement with many “American Horror Story” favorites almost assuredly returning to play in the same sandbox as Kardashian and Roberts.
The new season of “American Horror Story” will debut on FX this summer with an exact premiere date still to be determined.
