Legion is returning for a third season on FX.
The series from Fargo creator Noah Hawley is currently just two episodes away from wrapping up the second season currently airing on FOX that follows a man named David Heller, who believes he is a schizophrenic only to later discover that he’s actually an incredibly powerful mutant.

The series takes a seriously trippy ride through David’s fragile mind in a more mature take on the source material than the typical comic book fare you might find on television.
Legion being renewed also keeps FX busy with Hawley, who has been hailed as one of the best minds in television in recent years. He’s been critically hailed for his take on Fargo with a fourth installment of that series still expected to happen at some point in the future on FX.
Legion season 3 will debut on FX in 2019.
