The upcoming ‘Arrow-verse’ crossover might be the biggest one yet because ace reporter Lois Lane will join the cast as well as the return of Superman…
The next ‘Arrow-verse’ crossover will run from Sunday, December 9 to Tuesday, December 11 starting with ‘The Flash’ and ending with ‘Supergirl’ and now it appears the cast is growing by one very famous reporter from Metropolis.
Lois Lane will be joining the cast for the latest ‘Arrow-verse’ crossover alongside Superman (played by Tyler Hoechlin) as they are expected to appear in all three episodes of the big event series.
“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Lois Lane to the Arrowverse,” Supergirl executive producers Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner said in a statement. “This dogged, determined and brave reporter will make for a strong partner to Superman and amazing addition to our universe of DC characters.”
Funny enough, ‘Supergirl’ already features Erica Durance, who portrayed Lois Lane on ‘Smallville’.
There’s no word yet on who will play Lois Lane in the upcoming ‘Arrow-verse’ crossover but it’s likely casting is going on now as filming for all three shows is well underway with each making their return to the CW in October.
The crossover event will also be the first time Batwoman is introduced to the ‘Arrow-verse’ with actress Ruby Rose already cast in that part with hopes that appearance will then transition into her own series.
