Marvel’s Most Wanted — the upcoming spinoff from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. — has cast Delroy Lindo in a new role ….
The upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff titled Marvel’s Most Wanted that stars Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird and Nick Blood as Lance Hunter has added a new cast member.
Delroy Lindo — best known for roles in movies such as Gone in 60 Seconds and Congo — has been cast as classic Marvel character Dominic Fortune for the show.
Dominic Fortune is a former mercenary and teammate of Nick Fury’s who traveled the globe searching for wealth and the highest paying jobs available to a man with his particular skill set.
The character recently popped back up in the Marvel comic book universe in a story involving S.H.I.E.L.D. but it’s unknown what his role will be in Marvel’s Most Wanted.
As of now, Marvel’s Most Wanted is only in development but if the show gets picked up it will join Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter that both currently air on the network as well as a fourth show in development from John Ridley.
There is also a half hour comedy in the works called Damage Control that focuses on the clean up crew who has to go in and fix things after superheroes and villains break stuff during a battle.
