‘Riverdale’ will welcome another famous face from the 1980’s when Anthony Michael Hall makes a special appearance during a flashback episode in season 3…
‘Riverdale’ season 3 won’t debut until October but one of the most highly anticipated moments already being teased is when the current cast members will play their parents in a special flashback episode.
The flashback will take place during ‘Riverdale’ season 3, episode 4 titled ‘The Midnight Club’ and a very special guest star was just added to the line up.
Anthony Michael Hall — best known for his iconic roles in 1980’s films such as ‘The Breakfast Club’ and ‘Sixteen Candles’ — has been cast in the role of Principal Featherhead for the flashback episode.
Hall joins fellow 1980’s icon and former cast mate Molly Ringwald on ‘Riverdale’ as she currently plays Archie’s mother on the show.
As an homage to the upcoming episode, ‘Riverdale’ even released a ‘class photo’ featuring the real high school photos of the actors who currently portray the parents on the show.
