The Watcher is dead and now the best and brightest from the Marvel Universe have to work together to find out who killed him in the new series ‘Original Sin’…
The Watcher — also known as Uatu — has been a stalwart of the Marvel Universe for decades, but in the new series Original Sin by writer Jason Aaron, he turns up dead on the moon and everybody wants to know who was responsible.

On the moon, the dead body of Uatu, the Watcher is discovered. His home destroyed. Looted of its valuable alien technology. Now, the manhunt is on. And the biggest heroes of the Marvel Universe – Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine, Black Widow, and more are on the hunt for his murderer.

Jason Aaron — writer for series such as ‘Scalped’ and ‘Amazing X-Men’ — will lead the book along with artist Mike Deodato Jr.
“This is basically a crime story. A murder mystery. A manhunt. But with the entirety of the Marvel Universe as its backdrop,” said Aaron. “We’re taking all the toys out of their packaging for this one. Everyone and everything is in play. For some characters, life will never be the same again. And it’s only a matter of time before more bodies are popping up.”
The first issue of ‘Original Sin’ will be released in comic stores this April
