On Sunday, the network renewed the new series starring Patrick Stewart for a second season with the first season set to debut on CBS All-Access on January 23.

Stewart will be joined by fellow “Star Trek” veterans Jeri Ryan and Brent Spiner along with a new cast that includes Isa Briones, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway and Evan Evagora.
“Star Trek: Picard” joins “Star Trek: Discovery,” which has already been part of CBS All-Access ever since the streaming service launched.
