Netflix has released the debut date and much more for ‘Stranger Things’ season 2…
‘Stranger Things’ promises things get even stranger in season 2.
On Tuesday, Netflix unveiled the release date for ‘Stranger Things’ season 2 while also releasing a plot synopsis as well as an ominous new poster for the series.
First things first, ‘Stranger Things’ season 2 will debut on Friday, October 27 with all 10 episodes releasing on Netflix that day.

Netflix also revealed the plot for the second season of the cult hit series, which you can read below:
“It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana, are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.”
And finally there’s a new poster for ‘Stranger Things’ season 2 that looks rather haunting as the four remaining kids — minus Eleven — face off with an evil even bigger than what they faced off with in season one.
There’s a good chance the first footage from ‘Stranger Things’ season 2 will debut at San Diego Comic Con next weekend when the Netflix series lands there on Saturday, July 22 for the first time ever.
Stay tuned as NerdcoreMovement.com will have plenty of updates coming from San Diego Comic Con next week!
