The CW has announced their fall schedule with release dates for series such as ‘Batwoman’, ‘The Flash’, ‘Riverdale’ and many more…
The CW is getting ready to kick off an all new fall lineup with most of their shows slated to return in October as well as some highly anticipated new series that will be split between later this year and early 2020.
The newest addition to the CW’s growing DC Universe will be ‘Batwoman’ starring Ruby Rose in the title role after the character first debuted in the massive ‘Arrow-verse’ crossover this past season.
‘Batwoman’ is slated to air on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET ahead of ‘Supergirl’, which will shift into the 9 p.m. time slot this season.
Meanwhile, the CW’s highest rated superhero series ‘The Flash’ will return to anchor Tuesday nights once again with the 8 p.m. time slot while ‘Arrow’ will launch its final season at the 9 p.m. hour.
‘Riverdale’ will stay put at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday nights with the new ‘Nancy Drew’ series set to follow at 9 p.m. ‘Supernatural’ will also kick off its final season at 8 p.m. on Thursday nights on the CW.
‘Legends of Tomorrow’ and the ‘Riverdale’ spinoff ‘Katy Keene’ are not set to debut until midseason, which means they will get put into place in 2020. With ‘Arrow’ getting a reduced number of episodes for the final season it’s likely that ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ will ultimately take that Tuesday night slot opposite ‘The Flash’.
