The CW has released the premiere dates for several shows in the fall including ‘The Flash’ season 4 and ‘Supergirl’ season 3…
The fall lineup on the CW is now set with several shows all debuting in the same week in October.
In the past, many of the CW shows have been launched in September but this year the entire slate of shows won’t start until October but then it’s a barrage of debuts all over the span of just a few days.
Things kick off on Monday night, October 9 at 8pm ET with the debut of ‘Supergirl’ season 3. The third season of the show will see Supergirl square off with a villain named Reign, who is a genetically enhanced alien made by Kryptonian scientists before the planet exploded.
Tuesday night, October 10 at 8pm ET will see the debut of ‘The Flash’ season 4, which will start without Barry Allen as the fastest man alive after entering the Speed Force at the end of last season to prevent a cataclysmic disaster on Earth. Of course no one expects Barry to stay trapped there forever because there will be a new villain in Central City with ‘The Thinker’ aka Clifford DeVoe expected to show up as a primary adversary this year.
Following ‘The Flash’ at 9pm ET will be season 3 of DC’s ‘Legends of Tomorrow’.
On Wednesday night, October 11, ‘Riverdale’ will kick off its second season, which picks up after Fred Andrews was shot at the end of last season following the discovery that Clifford Blossom was the culprit behind killing his own son Jason.
Thursday night, October 12 will see ‘Supernatural’ start its 13th season at 8pm before ‘Arrow’ debuts at 9pm for season 6.
