The first look at “The Handmaid’s Tale” season 4 has arrived with the episodes not actually arriving on Hulu until sometime in 2021…
“The Handmaid’s Tale” season 4 won’t arrive on Hulu until 2021 but the first look at what lies ahead arrived in the form of a new teaser trailer released this week.
At the end of season 3, June successfully orchestrated an escape for many of the children trapped in Gilead when she secured a plan bound for Canada where they would be safe from the oppressive world that the United States had become. Sadly as she attempted to make her own escape, June was shot before being carried back by her fellow handmaids.
In the first footage from “The Handmaid’s Tale” season 4, June obviously survived and it appears she’s plotting further uprisings to continue battling against the government in Gilead. Judging by the trailer, it also appears that June may be leaving the ranks of the handmaids to become a Martha instead.
