The first trailer for “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” has arrived as Scott Lang travels to the Quantum Realm and comes face to face with Kang…
Scott Lang comes face-to-face with Kang the Conqueror in the new trailer for “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” ahead of the film’s release on February 17, 2023.
The first look at the highly anticipated sequel in the “Ant-Man” trilogy will sent Scott, Hope Van Dyne, her parents Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne as well as Scott’s daughter Cassie into the Quantum Realm where they will soon discover a world that’s unlike anything they’ve ever witnessed before.
That’s also where they’ll encounter a new variation of Kang (Jonathan Majors) — a character fans first met during “Loki” as “He Who Remains” after the multiverse was unlocked and he warned that there would be several more versions of him coming, each one worst than the last.
Now the latest Kang variant will appear in “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” including a comics accurate version as we see in the trailer. But is this Kang ultimately the most villainous version that we’ll meet?
It’s tough to say but we do know for certain that some version (or perhaps all of them) of Kang will be the new big bad in the latest phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which will eventually lead to “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” and then “Avengers: Secret Wars.”
For now, check out Kang in the new trailer for “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” along with the new poster for the film below:
