The second part of the “Fear Street” trilogy will be released this Friday, July 9 on Netflix with “Fear Street Part 2: 1978” as the mystery surrounding the cursed town of Shadyside continues to unravel.
The second part in a trilogy that will conclude on July 16 with “Fear Street Part 3: 1666” will take us to Camp Nightwing where the teenagers there for summer vacation will soon run into an axe-wielding maniac out for blood. If you’re getting “Friday the 13th” vibes, that’s definitely the intention here!
Here’s the synopsis for the film:
“Shadyside, 1978. School’s out for summer and the activities at Camp Nightwing are about to begin. But when another Shadysider is possessed with the urge to kill, the fun in the sun becomes a gruesome fight for survival.”
The second part of the “Fear Street” trilogy will feature Sadie Sink, who is best known for her role in the Netflix series “Stranger Things.”
