The first trailer for the highly anticipated new film that continues a legacy started by horror favorite Clive Barker with the same team behind the hit movie “The Night House” taking the reins for this updated version in the franchise.
Jamie Clayton takes over as the new Pinhead — the terrifying leader of the Cenobites, a group of grotesque supernatural beings who command a deadly price for anyone willing to play their games. Here’s the official synopsis for the new “Hellraiser” movie:
“A reimagining of Clive Barker’s 1987 horror classic in which a young woman struggling with addiction comes into possession of an ancient puzzle box, unaware that its purpose is to summon the Cenobites, a group of sadistic supernatural beings from another dimension.”
The new trailer features plenty of twists and turns, especially when the Cenobites are finally revealed, with a much better look at the new Pinhead as well.
