Boseman played King T’Challa/Black Panther in several Marvel movies after first appearing in “Captain America: Civil War,” which then set him up for his own solo feature film. “Black Panther” went onto gross over $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office while also becoming the first Marvel film nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards.
He returned to play the character in both “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame” as well.
The new intro for “Black Panther” reflects Boseman’s portrayal of the character leading to the revelation of the Marvel sign, which is a staple for all movies made by the studio.
