The new trailer for “The Batman” has landed and it features a deeper look at the relationship between the Dark Knight and Catwoman…
The newest trailer for “The Batman” has arrived ahead of the film’s release on March 4 with this latest look taking a deeper dive into the relationship between the Dark Knight and Catwoman.
In this version, Batman (as played by Robert Pattinson) is once again drawn to Selina Kyle (played by Zoe Kravitz) in a classic bond that pits vigilante hero against criminal yet the attraction between them can’t be denied.
Of course, Batman has a lot more to deal with in this film than just his dating life because The Riddler is unraveling a murder mystery that has just about everybody questioning who is behind it all.
Overall plot details are still scarce but it’s been documented through the first couple of trailers that The Riddler is leaving a trail of bodies in his wake with a series of clues that seemingly lead back to some sort of sinister plot that he’s attempting to expose.
Unlike many films before it, “The Batman” — directed by Matt Reeves — will tie into the character’s rich history as the world’s greatest detective, which is a nice switch from just the rich guy with a lot of toys who can punch people really hard.
How that plays out on screen remains to be seen but “The Batman” definitely looks unlike any of the other films featuring this character in the past.
