‘Justified’ and ‘Hateful Eight’ star Walton Goggins is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe…
‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ may have found a new foe.
Walton Goggins — best known for his role as Boyd Crowder on the FX series ‘Justified’ as well as Quentin Tarantino’s ‘The Hateful Eight’ — has joined the cast of the upcoming ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ movie from Marvel.
Details on the film are scarce to say the least but Paul Rudd will reprise his role as Scott Lang/Ant-Man while Evangeline Lilly will return as Hope Van Dyne as she assumed the role as The Wasp in the upcoming sequel.
There’s no word on who Goggins will be playing but he’s got a knack for portraying villains and as of now ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ doesn’t have one so it’s a good bet that he might be filling that role.
Of course, Ant-Man and the Wasp don’t have a huge rogues gallery of villains like other heroes do in the Marvel Universe so it’s tough to say who Goggins could play if he was going up against them in the sequel.
Either way, Goggins has been one of the hottest actors in Hollywood since his run on ‘Justified’ for six seasons and now he’s joined up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
