The newest trailer for “The Flash” has arrived with a whole lot more Michael Keaton as Batman as well as the return of Michael Shannon as Zod…
The DC Universe will never be the same after “The Flash” lands in theaters on June 16 with the newest trailer giving a much deeper look at the catastrophic events that unfold after Barry Allen decides to travel back in time to save his mother from being murdered.
Loosely based on the “Flashpoint” comic book event series, the new film will cross the multiverse as Barry desperately tries to stop the most tragic event in his life but he soon realizes that messing with time will always mess right back with you.
The newest trailer also shows just how much Michael Keaton will be involved as he returns to play Batman for the first time in over 30 years. He even utters one of his most famous lines from the original filmi by Tim Burton when he asks “you wanna get nuts … come on, let’s get nuts!”
The trailer also reveals a deeper look at Sasha Calle as Supergirl as well as the return of Michael Shannon as General Zod, who lands on Earth just like he did back in “Man of Steel” except this time thanks to Barry’s time traveling interference, there is no Superman to stop him.
