There’s a second trailer for ‘Westworld’ season 2 that looks similar to the first but actually reveals several new scenes…
Blink and you might miss it but there was a second ‘Westworld’ season 2 trailer that debuted online after the initial trailer dropped during the Super Bowl on Sunday night.
The second ‘Westworld’ trailer was shown on DiscoverWestworld.com and included several new scenes including the deadly aftermath of the Sweetwater massacre from season one as well as a first look at Zahn McClarnon, who joins season 2 after his breakout role in ‘Fargo’.
There’s still no word on who McClaron is playing but it looks like he will have a bloody good time in ‘Westworld’.
Another shot late in the new trailer gives you a look at James Delos (played by ‘Ozark’ star Peter Mullan) — the man behind the Delos Corporation, who started Westworld all those years ago alongside Dr. Robert Ford and Arnold Weber. Delos will be appearing this season, most likely in flashback scenes connected to the return of Ben Barnes, who is coming back as Logan from season one.
There’s no word yet if Jimmi Simpson will be making an appearance as a younger William aka The Man in Black but this is a nice tease for what lies ahead.
Check out the new trailer featuring a piano version of Kanye West’s ‘Runaway’ and get ready for ‘Westworld’ season 2 on Sunday night, April 22 at 9pm ET on HBO.
