The first look at ‘Westworld’ season 2 has been revealed…
‘Westworld’ season 2 is just getting into production but with the first panel at San Diego Comic Con this year, the series unveiled a first look at what lies ahead in the sophomore year on HBO.
When ‘Westworld’ ended, Delores had finally broken through her programming and murdered Dr. Robert Ford, the creator behind the park, and as the shooting continued the humans still left alive in the park turned from the hunters into the hunted.
‘Westworld’ season 2 won’t debut until 2018 but it looks like the chaos that erupted at the end of last season will continue as the host uprising inside the park doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
In the two minute clip set to the tune of “I’ve Gotta Be Me” by Sammy Davis Jr, Bernard appears contemplative after it was revealed that he was a host and an exact replica of Arnold, the co-creator of Westworld.
We find Delores and Teddy on the hunt as they ride on horseback with guns firing at several human targets fleeing from them.
And finally William, better known as the Man in Black, looks up with blood splattered all across his face while putting on his signature hat and a small smile creeps across his face as the trailer comes to a close.
It’s a lot of hints about what lies ahead when ‘Westworld’ season 2 finally debuts next year. Take a look at the trailer and let us know in the comments what you think is happening now that the hosts are becoming self aware and the humans no longer seem to be the ones in charge.
