House of Cards season 4 has a debut date and we have the first message from President Frank Underwood….
House of Cards season 4 is officially set to debut on March 4, 2016 on Netflix with the entire season dropping on that day.
In addition to the debut date, Netflix also released the first teaser for the new season featuring a campaign pitch from President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) as he looks to get elected this season.
