It was one of the most emotional episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to date as Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter say goodbye forever….
It’s been known for quite some time that Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) would be leaving Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to star in their own spinoff series called Marvel’s Most Wanted but not until the most recent episode of the ABC series did we finally learn why they’d be departing the show.
In the most recent episode, Bobbi and Hunter were sent on a scouting mission to Russia where they were supposed to spy on a deal being brokered between some insurgents and HYDRA leader Gideon Malick.
Unfortunately, the mission went awry and Bobbi and Hunter were captured and the only chance they had to survive an execution or possibly outing S.H.I.E.L.D. was to be disavowed from the organization forever and cast out as exiles.
It was certainly one of the most emotional scenes and episodes that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has ever managed to do and now you can relive those final moments one last time as Bobbi and Hunter say goodbye in this touching tribute.
