The new series ‘Heathers’ — based on the cult classic film from 1988 starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater — is being rebooted and remade into a new show on the recently launched Paramount Network and the first trailer has arrived.
Debuting on Paramount on on March 7, ‘Heathers’ is considered a ‘modern re-imagining’ of the original film where a girl and her outcast boyfriend take it upon themselves to rid their high school of a vile clique led by the worst of the worst, Heather Chandler.
The new series stars Melanie Field, Grace Victoria Cox and James Scully as well as a guest appearance from original ‘Heathers’ star Shannen Doherty.
