The popular Neil Gaiman comic book ‘Sandman’ may finally find life on the big screen with actor/director Joseph Gordon-Levitt attached to the project…
For years, Hollywood has tried to find a way to adapt the popular Neil Gaiman series ‘Sandman‘ into some kind of feature film, but it’s never been easy thus why it’s never been done.
Before now that is…
According to Deadline, actor/director Joseph Gordon-Levitt is close to signing a deal to help produce and bring Sandman to life. The actor who starred in films such as ‘Looper‘ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises‘ is attached to the project possibly as an actor and director for the film.
The deal also includes David S. Goyer as a producer, and fans know him best as the scribe behind the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight trilogy as well as Man of Steel.
Gordon-Levitt is expected to close the deal with Warner Bros in the coming days to take on the project before a writer is hired to work on a script.
