Walton Goggins will reprise his role as transgender escort Venus Van Dam for the final season of Sons of Anarchy….
The final season of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ is currently filming in Los Angeles ahead of a September debut for the series, and it appears creator Kurt Sutter is sparing no expense in making the last year, the best year.
His plans now include the return of popular character Venus Van Dam — a transgender escort — played to perfection by ‘Justfied’ star Walton Goggins. Sutter tweeted the news on Wednesday.

Thus far, Goggins has played the part to critical acclaim in three episodes in the past, and has even earned an Emmy nomination for best guest star in a series. Now he will reprise his role as Venus for one last time before ‘Sons of Anarchy’ rides off into the sunset.
