Charisma Carpenter — best known for her roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer as well as the spinoff series Angel — has landed a guest spot on the final season of Sons of Anarchy after being one of the show’s most loyal and dedicated celebrity fans over the last few years.
Carpenter has often dedicated many of the messages on her Twitter account to Sons of Anarchy and it seems the powers that be were watching.
Carpenter will guest star as “Carol, a conservative administrative director at a medical facility.” No further details on the character or when she will appear in the season have been revealed. Considering where Sons of Anarchy is in terms of filming, however, it’s like Carpenter’s appearance will happen towards the tail end of the 13-episode run that will wrap up the most popular show in FX history.
Sons of Anarchy returns with a new episode this Tuesday night at 10pm ET on FX.
