A mountain of production issues and script problems plagued ‘World War Z’ when it was being made, but once the finished product hit the silver screen, the zombie film because a critical and financial success raking in over a half a billion dollars.
Now the sequel also starring Brad Pitt has an official release date.
‘World War Z 2’ (hopefully that title changes) will hit theaters on June 9, 2017.
Right now, the movie is going head to head with ‘Fantastic Four 2’ but the battle might be short lived in the first ‘Fantastic Four’ movie doesn’t open well in theaters later this summer.
