One of the Marvel Universe’s biggest villains is coming to Agents of SHIELD courtesy of Heroes star Adrian Pasdar…
The first season of Agents of SHIELD will be coming to an end in the next couple of months, but that’s not slowing down the series from adding some more star power to the show before the finale.
The latest addition will see former Heroes star Adrian Pasdar cast in the iconic role of Glenn Talbot, who in comic book history was one of the biggest enemies to ever haunt the Incredible Hulk.
Pasdar has already filled out the role by grabbing Talbot’s signature military uniform and mustache, and once he landed the part, he immediately began immersing himself in the history and lore of the character.
“I just wanted to dig deep into the comics where it came from,” Pasdar told Marvel.com. “And that’s what I got to do, through the help of the good folks of Midtown Comics in New York City, I was able to bring this guy to life through a series of pictures and just the graphic imagery, the novels and the cartoons that I was able to access through their help. Really, in the end, that’s what it’s based on.”
Glenn Talbot actually appeared in the 2003 film ‘The Hulk’ where he was portrayed by veteran actor Josh Lucas.
There’s no word on when Pasdar will debut as Glenn Talbot, but right now his addition is only for a single episode in the season.
