The first teaser for American Horror Story season 6 has been released with a mysterious new logo revealed on Tuesday…
American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is a man who loves a good mystery.
So with the iconic FX anthology series returning in October, there’s still not much known about season 6 other than a tease from FX president John Landgraf who said — “it’s set in the present although with echoes of the past — it’s set in two time periods, but principally in the present.”
Otherwise, American Horror Story season 6 remains shrouded in mystery — except for a new logo that was revealed on the show’s Twitter account on Tuesday.
There wasn’t even a tweet to accompany the revelation of the new logo, which features the No. 6 and a question mark, further teasing what the new season will be about when American Horror Story returns in October.
Murphy has shut down a few rumors that started to leak out after American Horror Story: Hotel ended and ever since then, nothing has been revealed about the new season of the show.
No cast has been revealed for American Horror Story season 6 either although Cheyenne Jackson did reveal that he was returning and Lady Gaga is also expected to make an appearance, although there’s no word on how large or small her role will be this season.
Most of the rest of the regular cast will likely be invited back as well with Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and several others appearing throughout the history of American Horror Story through the first five season.
For now, let the speculation begin as we draw closer and closer to a new season of American Horror Story on FX this fall.
