Angela Bassett has become one of the mainstays on American Horror Story over the last few years and it looks like she’s coming back for season 6 as well….
Angela Bassett is officially the first person to announce her return to American Horror Story for season 6 after the actress confirmed the news in a new interview posted this week.
Bassett first joined the horror anthology series during season 3 titled “Coven” and she’s been with the show ever since.
“I am (returning),” Bassett said “Yeah, I signed up after that first year.”
There aren’t a lot of details known about the new season of American Horror Story other than the fact that it’s expected to debut in October but creator Ryan Murphy has kept everything else a secret as he usually does until a little closer to the show going back into production.
Bassett may be the first to confirm but chances are most of the cast members from previous seasons will be coming back again as it happens with many of the seasons of American Horror Story.
